Our mission is to provide safe community housing for mothers with children who have been forced to leave their homes due to domestic violence and/or abuse, or again, protect those vulnerable to such violence and abuse. The ultimate goal is to help heal these families and improve their lives.
Providing a harmonious environment in safe communities to every family in need. In doing so, everyone is given the opportunity to achieve their full potential and participate in and contribute to all aspects of life.
Our Mission: A two-fold initiative
1. Provide a range of sustainable, innovative and very affordable “green home kits” designed to enable low income and young families to either rent, lease or purchase a home.
2. Produce affordable homes for export across the world to support humanitarian needs that can be efficiently and effectively deployed to respond to a variety of natural disasters,
such as flooding, landslides, hurricanes, tornadoes, tsunamis, earthquakes and volcanicEruptions anywhere on the planet so that people finding themselves homeless can easily rebuild their lives.
Based on a simple KIT format, this low-cost housing will be manufactured from local woodsources in Africa, which can be shipped, assembled and accessorized quickly and efficiently. These homes will vary in size from 50, 75 to 100 sq. m. that can be packed in 20 to 40 ft.containers for easy cost-effective transportation. This endeavour will create long-term employment opportunities for over 3,000 local people and help raise the standard of their living. We will act as a catalyst for future related developments.
Our vision is to supply affordable homes to low-income families, as well as emergency shelters and services in the event of a natural disaster across the globe. This project is meant to act as a catalyst to instigate the eradication of the devastating side effects of poverty by positioning communities on the path to sustainable development and prosperity. By integrating local principles and working to foster a coordinated synergy in the interest of the people, BMV will become an example and a reference for ecological forest management, animal protection and local people’s education.
Social & Affordable Housing
To provide a range of sustainable, innovative, affordable homes available to young families to either rent (as well with an option to buy), lease or purchase across Scotland.
To achieve this goal, a modern off-site manufacturing factory will be built to produce a range of standard closed panel timber-framed house types via optimized production lines. Completed panels can be transported by truck to various development sites across Scotland for assembly and commissioning on pre-serviced residential land parcels and be completed with an entire required services infrastructure.
Each home will be equipped with solar roof tiles, storage battery/inverterand low energy electrical equipment, mechanical heat recovery, as well as filtered ventilation systems to reduce heating requirements by 95%. According to the September 2015 Final ShelterScotland Report, the country requires 130,000 new affordable homes immediately; a crisis that is only being partially addressed by the Government. Furthermore, out of its existing dwellings, 43% is classified by the Government as unsuitable accommodations. The challenge is enormous.
Enable everyone to rent, lease or buy their own home in a healthy and harmonious environment within modern housing communities. This opportunity is extended todisadvantaged and low-income people, since owning such a home will minimize operational costs. In these environments, people can achieve their full potential, as well as participate in and contribute to a productive life.
To provide a complete range of innovative and environmentally sustainable carbon-neutral dwellings that will render a healthy home, while reducing the overall carbon footprint. We will construct state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities around the world to produce the building blocks and components necessary for the construction of these types of homes.
Our facilities will employ local people for such projects, who will be paid well and offered opportunities, thus improving local economies and livelihoods.
For green and clean technologies to become mainstream, including green construction protocols and materials, environmentally conscious living and environmental justice. We are committed and passionate about leaving the planet a better, healthier and safer place for future generations.
